The Government Center is in downtown Minneapolis, roughly 10 miles north of Bloomington. You can take light rail from the Bloomington area to reach the courthouse. Parking is available in the attached ramp. Security screening is required at the entrance.

Getting Copies of Bloomington Civil Case Records
